Return Policy

Returns

Thank You for your Order.  We do not accept returns as these are perishable items and are shipped frozen and received frozen or cold between 32°F or cold at 45°F or below.

Do not consume sausages that are warm, hot or unfit for human consumption. If for one reason or the other the public carriers (UPS, FEDEX, Canada-post etc.) delay delivery whereby the tracking information shows that the products have spent more than 5 days in transit, please do not consume these products.

We ship on Mondays through Wednesdays (sometimes other days depending on the order & destination) and all orders need to arrive during the same calendar week.

Ice Packs and Dry Ice do not last forever and if you receive damaged products you must take video & photographic proof within 2 hours of receipt so that we can initiate claims etc. Again: DO NOT CONSUME product that we have expressly told you to discard because the carrier delayed the product beyond our control and you know that you are getting another duplicate order!!!

Any issue with an order needs to be communicated within 2 hours upon delivery by the carrier i.e. UPS FedEx, Canada Post Etc. to discuss refunds or exchanges.

We only ship on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesday. Orders received after Wednesday noon shall be shipped the following Monday.
